Job Description

Requirements
2 years of recent clinical experience in Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR / OB) settings

Active Kansas (KS) RN License or Multistate/Compact RN License

Active AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certification (Intermediate or Advanced within the last 24 months); AHA PALS obtained prior to start

Unit flexibility to float to Med-Surg for overflow medical and pediatric patients during low census

Essential Day 1 clinical competencies in fetal heart rate monitoring, maternal vital tracking, obstetrical delivery assistance, and immediate postpartum recovery care

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of rural hospital LDR clinical experience

Technical proficiency with EPIC electronic health record (EHR) software

Previous travel nursing contract experience in a maternal-child unit
