Job Description
Join a top-tier oncology team at a premier freestanding cancer treatment facility in Wichita, KS for a rewarding 13-week assignment. This role offers a predictable daytime schedule with guaranteed hours while administering advanced radiation therapy using cutting-edge technology, including the CyberKnife radiosurgery system. You will collaborate closely with radiation oncologists and dosimetrists in a supportive, patient-centered environment dedicated to high-quality care.

Requirements

1+ years of recent clinical experience operating linear accelerators in an acute Radiation Oncology setting

Active Kansas (KS) State Radiation Therapist License

Active ARRT(T) Certification and AHA BLS Certification

Departmental flexibility across outpatient treatment rooms and clinical care areas

Essential clinical competencies in precise patient positioning, prescribed radiation dose administration, safety compliance, and PACS recordkeeping

Preferred Qualifications

Direct procedural experience operating the CyberKnife radiosurgery system

Advanced technical proficiency with radiation therapy PACS systems and synchronized treatment planning workflows

Previous travel contract experience in a freestanding outpatient cancer facility

Level 1 Job ID #ASC-46297. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
