Job Description

Requirements
Recent clinical experience in an Emergency Department setting

Active Kansas (KS) RN License or Compact/Multi-State License

Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH Stroke Certification, and CPI / MOAB High Risk (both Online and On-Site portions completed)

Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced emergency workflows and support unit operational needs

Essential clinical competencies in critical thinking under pressure, emergency patient assessment, care plan execution, physician order transcription, discharge planning, and managing behavioral health emergency cases

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel nursing contract experience in a high-volume Emergency Department

Extensive clinical background in managing emergency behavioral health populations

Proficiency with emergency department electronic health record (EHR) systems

Level 1 Job ID #ASC-95699. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
