Description
Current, unrestricted Colorado CNA certification — REQUIRED
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience — REQUIRED
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Ability to assist residents with ADLs and daily personal care
Ability to take and document vital signs
Ability to follow the resident care plan and RN/LPN direction
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must comply with Colorado state COVID vaccination requirements
