Description

36 or 48 hour option
Unit accepts 1st time travelers

Certifications: BLS
Charting: Epic
Patient Ratios: 1:6
Float required to units of equal or lesser acuity
Onboarding: Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing
Modules:
Modules are non-billable, all hours are factored in NBO
RN average 4-6 hours
Allied 2-3 hours
Modules are completed onsite during orientation
Med/Surg patient population, Telemetry is monitored in a centralized unit, Free floating charge nurse, House discharge nurse that floats across all departments
Note: At least 1 year of inpatient med/surg experience Recent Epic experience (within 6 months)
50-mile radius rule, no local candidates
