Description

Required Licenses and Certifications
PTA License: An active, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the applicable state, or ability to obtain one.
Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
BLS / CPR: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification, if required by the facility or state.
Clinical Experience: Experience providing physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
Documentation: Ability to accurately document patient treatment, progress, and response to therapy.
Patient Care: Ability to assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and home exercise programs.

Conflux Systems, Inc. Job ID #40944. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
