Required Licenses and Certifications
License:
Active, unencumbered Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the applicable state, or ability to obtain one.
Education:
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
Clinical Experience:
Experience evaluating and treating patients through skilled occupational therapy interventions.
Documentation:
Ability to accurately and timely document patient evaluations, treatment, progress, and response to therapy.
Communication:
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
