Description
1+ year recent Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care NP experience – REQUIRED
Current NP license + National Board Certification
Master’s degree – FNP program
Experience with assessment, diagnosis, treatment & chronic care management
EMR/EMS experience
BLS (AHA/ARC) required
Must be able to practice autonomously and work independently
License & BLS screenshots required
Weekend/holiday and possible on-call rotation"
