Need a Florida-licensed Pharmacist with 4+ years of clinical MTM experience, specifically experience with Part D Star Measures (SUPD, SPC, CMR) and medication reviews. Must be tech-savvy, strong in patient outreach/communication, and comfortable making ~100 outbound calls/day; Florida license screenshot must be placed at the top of the resume.
