Description
Assists with the care and management of the employee's health.
Primary focus is support of Employee Health clinics including but not limited to Flu and Respiratory Fit Testing.
Assists with back up tasks to the Employee Health RN Coordinators as requested only for support of new hires medical clearance review, work injuries, exposures, return-to-work, fitness for duty, organizational requirements and wellness initiatives.
Supports employee health clinics for Flu and Respiratory fit.
Supports other Employee Health activities or clinic initiatives.
Assists in promoting health services to employees that meet established medical standards, OSHA regulations and organizational policies.
Patricipates in Performance Improvement activities.
Participates actively on assigned committees or projects, as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
