If you are a pharmacist looking for an opportunity to advance your career in an cancer/infusion centered environment, this is a great opportunity for you!
This position will be based at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Oncology Infusion Center at Town and Country (Suite 1025), located at 3015 North Ballas Road, and will support outpatient infusion services Monday–Friday. The role is designed to serve patients across three key service lines—oncology infusion, non-oncology infusion, and multiple sclerosis (MS) infusion—helping ensure safe, timely, and consistent medication-use processes from order verification through preparation, dispensing, and documentation.
In this environment, you will partner closely with nursing, providers, scheduling, and pharmacy leadership to optimize daily workflow, reduce treatment delays, and promote an exceptional patient experience. You will contribute to standardization across therapies and protocols, support operational readiness for evolving infusion needs, and help maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. You’ll also help identify and implement process improvements that strengthen throughput, minimize variability, and support reliable service delivery across the Town and Country infusion footprint.
