Description

Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist
• Assignment Length: 16–26 weeks
• Shift: Three 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, plus either Thursday or Friday
• On Call: None
• Holiday Requirements: Holiday rotation shared among five technologists, typically 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; travelers must work two of the following four holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day
• Facility: 75-bed community hospital
• Department Details: Three X-ray rooms in the main department and two X-ray units supporting orthopedic services
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of X-ray experience
• Required Certification: ARRT
• Required Skills: Operating room cases, fluoroscopy, and C-arm imaging
• Patient Population: Newborn through geriatric patients
• Documentation System: Epic Radiant
• PACS: Philips iSite
• Radiology Coverage: Teleradiology reading services
• Technology/Equipment: Philips, Canon, and Carestream imaging systems; Philips portable units; and OEC 9800, Elite, large, and mini C-arms
