Radiology Technologist
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Three 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.
• Weekends: Weekend-only position; schedule remains consistent throughout the contract
• On Call: None
• Holiday Requirements: Will work holidays that fall on the regular schedule
• Floating: No external floating; will rotate among the ED, operating room, main X-ray department, and portable imaging areas
• Facility: 874-bed Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center, teaching hospital, Chest Pain Center, and Stroke Center
• Department Volume: Approximately 350–400 patients per day
• Department Details: 40 operating rooms, 12 C-arms, 2 O-arms, 2 ED X-ray rooms, 2 main X-ray rooms, 3 fluoroscopy rooms, and 15 portable units
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute-care radiology experience, including experience in a Level I, II, or III Trauma Center
• Traveler Experience: First-time travelers accepted with appropriate trauma experience
• Required Certifications: BLS and ARRT(R)
• Patient Population: Neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients from the ED, ICUs, inpatient units, operating rooms, and outpatient areas
• Required Skills: General diagnostic radiography, bedside portables, trauma imaging, fluoroscopy, and operating room imaging
• Surgical Experience: Must be comfortable with spinal, orthopedic, general, neurological, and pediatric procedures
• Equipment Experience: C-arm and O-arm experience required
• Documentation System: EPIC experience required
