Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) for an exciting local contract opportunity with a leading healthcare system in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts
Weekly Hours: 36 hours

Pay: Earn up to $58/hour ($2,088/week)

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
Active RN license or applicable Compact RN license
BLS
NRP
AWHONN fetal monitoring certification/education as required by the assignment
Strong fetal monitoring skills
Vaginal delivery experience
C-section circulation experience
Mother/Baby and postpartum experience
Clinical Experience May Include
Electronic fetal monitoring
Recognition and treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
High-risk deliveries
Vaginal deliveries
Cesarean section circulation
Obstetric triage
Pitocin administration
Magnesium sulfate therapy
Postpartum hemorrhage management
Newborn assessment
Breastfeeding and lactation support
Mother/Baby care
Postpartum care
