Travel MS/Tele Float RN – Wilmington, NC | Up to $3,025/Week | 4×12 Nights*
Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced MS/Tele Float RN for a travel assignment with a reputable hospital system in Wilmington, North Carolina.
This is a fast-paced ED Holding/EDIP position caring for admitted patients waiting for inpatient beds. Nurses will manage MS/Tele patients and may also care for PCU-level patients.
Assignment Highlights
* Pay: Up to $3,025/week*
* Start: September 14, 2026
* Contract: 13 weeks
* Shift: 4×12 Nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
* Hours: 48 hours/week
* MS/Tele Ratio: Approximately 1:6
* PCU Ratio: Approximately 1:4
* Weekend: Every other weekend
* Orientation: 12 hours
* Travel experience required
* Floating to ED and Med/Surg areas required
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of RN experience
* Previous travel nursing experience required
* BLS & ACLS
* Strong MS/Tele experience
* Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
* Telemetry monitoring
* Rapid Response experience
* Heparin and insulin administration
* Blood products, PICC/peripheral line care and phlebotomy
* Chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, HFNC and tracheostomy care
* Comfortable caring for high-acuity and PCU-level patients
Preferred
* NIHSS
* PCU/Stepdown experience
* ED Holding experience
* Epic
* IV insulin protocols
* CVA, Neuro, TBI or Ortho Trauma experience
* Wound/Wound Vac care
Important: This is a high-acuity ED holding environment with significant patient turnover. Candidates must also pass EKG testing prior to start.
Up to $3,025/week in total compensation, including taxable wages and applicable stipends. Actual pay may vary based on eligibility and assignment details.
Nexus Medpro Staffing Job ID #3411504. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
