Travel MS/Tele RN – Wilmington, NC | Up to $2,945/Week | 4x12 Nights
Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced MS/Tele RN for a 20-week travel assignment with a reputable healthcare system in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Assignment Details
* Pay: Up to $2,945/week*
* Start Date: September 28, 2026
* Contract: 20 weeks
* Schedule: 4x12 Nights
* Shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
* Hours: 48 hours/week
* Patient Ratio: 1:6
* Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
* Self-Scheduling
* Floating: Required
* First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele RN experience – HARD STOP
* BLS – Required
* NIHSS – Required
* ACLS preferred
* Epic experience preferred
* Strong telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
* IV therapy, blood products, PICC/central line management
* Experience with respiratory and medically complex patients
* Wound care/wound vac experience
* Must be comfortable floating as needed
Unit Overview
This 36-bed MS/Tele unit cares for adult and geriatric patients with a broad range of medical and surgical conditions, including:
* CHF, COPD and pneumonia
* Sepsis
* Diabetes
* Renal failure
* GI bleeds and anemia
* Dementia and encephalopathy
* Hip fractures and surgical recovery
* Hypertension, cellulitis and failure to thrive
Scheduling Requirements
Candidates must be available to work required holidays. Maximum RTO is 7 days per contract. Block scheduling is generally not available except approved weekend blocks.
