Travel CVOR RN – Winston-Salem, NC
Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment with Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience — hard stop
* CVOR scrub experience required — hard stop
* BLS required
* CNOR preferred
* Travel experience not required
Required/Relevant CVOR Experience Candidates should have experience with cardiovascular and cardiothoracic procedures such as:
* CABG
* Aortic valve procedures
* Mitral valve replacement/repair
* TAVR
* Aortic aneurysm repair
* ASD/VSD repair
* IABP insertion/removal
* Carotid endarterectomy
* Thoracotomy/VATS
* Redo cardiac surgeries
* Robotic thoracic surgery
* Other complex CVOR procedures
Unit Details
* Adult and geriatric population
* 3 operating rooms
* Block scheduling
* Call required, approximately 3:00 PM–7:00 AM
* Call every 3rd weekend
* 1 pre-approved time-off request
* 36 hours of orientation
* CVOR scrub capability is required for this assignment
