Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment with Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience
- BLS/BCLS required
- Telemetry experience required
- IV start experience required
- Must be comfortable with Med/Surg and telemetry patient populations
- Epic experience preferred
- Additional certifications may be required based on unit
Unit & Clinical Details
- Typical Med/Surg/Telemetry patient population
- Cardiac monitoring and telemetry
- Medication administration
- IV therapy
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Post-operative and general medical patients
- Floating may be required based on facility census
- Every-other-weekend scheduling may apply
