What You'll Actually Do:

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy tailored to each patient’s unique needs
Work closely with physicians and care teams to build collaborative treatment plans
Serve as a trusted guide to patients and families, helping them understand treatment and next steps
Track, measure, and adapt therapy based on progress — not just paperwork
Be a true part of the care team, not just a service on the schedule
