Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist (Outpatient PT), you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized care plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and staff

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
• New graduates encouraged to apply – mentorship available
• Experience in outpatient setting is a plus
