Compensation

• Hourly: $250/hour
• Orientation: $250/hour

Schedule

• Full-Time Monday-Friday Availability Required
• Approximately 20+ Shifts Per Month
• 8-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• 10-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Provider Must Be Willing to Work Both 8- and 10-Hour Shifts
• No Call Required

Patient Population / Volume

• Adult Patients: Approximately 75%
• Pediatric Patients: Approximately 25%
• Approximately 40-60 OR Cases Per Day

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide Anesthesia Coverage in a Care Team Model
• General Surgery
• ENT
• Plastic Surgery
• Ophthalmology
• Retina
• Orthopedic Surgery
• Urology
• Gynecology
• Endoscopy
• Provide Anesthesia Across Multiple Surgical Subspecialties
• Perform Lines, Epidurals, and Spinals if Experienced and Previously Competent in These Procedures
• Must Be Comfortable Providing Pediatric Anesthesia

Clinical Environment / Support

• CRNAs Work in a Care Team Model
• Typical Concurrency Is 3:1 or Less
• Anesthesiologists May Independently Cover Rooms
• Anesthesia Tech Support Available at Most Locations
• Provider Will Not Work Solo
• Cross-Credentialing at Additional Locations Required
• Epic EMR

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience as a CRNA - Required
• Pennsylvania License Not Required at Initial Application
• Candidates Needing to Obtain Pennsylvania Licensure May Be Considered
• ACLS - Required
• BLS - Required
• CPR - Required
• Pediatric Comfort - Required
• Must Have Full-Time Monday-Friday Availability
• Must Be Willing to Work Both 8- and 10-Hour Shifts
• Must Reside Outside a 40-Mile Radius of the Primary Hospital
