Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $230/hour

Schedule

• Option 1: 4x10-Hour Shifts, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
• Option 2: 5x8-Hour Shifts, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Preference for Candidates Open to Either 8-Hour or 10-Hour Shifts
• Candidates Available for Only One Schedule Option May Be Considered
• Schedule Coordinated With Chief CRNA
• No CRNA Call
• Occasional / Rare Late Stay May Be Needed but Is Not Required

Patient Population / Volume

• Adult and Pediatric Cases
• Pediatric Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Approximately 40 Anesthesia Cases Per Day Across the Practice
• Individual CRNA Volume Varies by Assignment
• Approximately 10-15 GI Cases
• Approximately 6-8 Cystoscopy Cases
• Approximately 3-4 General Cases

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide CRNA Anesthesia Coverage
• Provide Anesthesia Care Across Multiple Hospital Locations
• Provide Anesthesia Services in Operating Rooms, GI Suites, Endoscopy Center, Bronchoscopy Lab, and Cath Lab
• Work Under Anesthesiologist Medical Direction
• Opportunity to Perform Regional Blocks and Epidurals if Desired
• Trauma and Cardiac Cases Are Covered by Staff CRNAs

Clinical Environment / Support

• 11 Operating Rooms
• 2 Hospital GI Suites
• 3 GI Suites at CRNA-Led Endoscopy Center
• Bronchoscopy Lab
• Cath Lab
• Approximately 4 Anesthesiologists Per Day
• Approximately 15-18 CRNAs Per Day
• No Anesthesiologist Assistants
• CRNAs Work Under Anesthesiologist Medical Direction at a Maximum 4:1 Ratio

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification - Required
• Active Pennsylvania License - Required
• Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
• ACLS - Required
• BLS - Required
• Minimum of 2 Years of CRNA Experience - Required
• Cerner Experience - Required

Credentialing

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3-4 Weeks
• Credentialing Timeline Dependent on Timely Completion of Required Documents
• Orientation Scheduled for the First Day of the Assignment
