PTA experience of minimum 1 year - required
Home health PTA experience – Required (12 months within the last 3 years)
Homecare Homebase HCHB Charting experience - Required
Familiary with OASIS
PTA License and AHA BLS
COVID Vaccination (Exemptions only if not previously vaccinated and signed by a religious leader/physician)
