Tryfacta
Tryfacta is a nationally renowned Workforce Management Solutions provider, partnering with public and private sector organizations across the U.S. to solve their toughest healthcare staffing challenges.
Founded in 1996, we've grown into a trusted name in all 50 states — recognized on the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the country, and certified by the Joint Commission for Healthcare Staffing Services.
Government & Health System Practice
Tryfacta's government healthcare practice spans every level of public health — federal, state, and county. At the federal level, we hold a Defense Health Agency MQS2-NG contract vehicle supporting mission-critical staffing at Brooke Army Medical Center and William Beaumont Army Medical Center, provide healthcare staffing to the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, and hold a USDA Medical Services Management & Review IDIQ, alongside work with the VA, DOJ, and HHS. That same rigor extends to the state and county level, where we support systems including Los Angeles County DPH, San Francisco DPH, Santa Clara Health System, San Diego, Ventura, Maricopa, and Pinal Counties, university hospitals like SUNY Upstate and Stony Brook, and state veterans agencies in Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
Whether it's a federal medical center or a county health department, clinicians placed through Tryfacta step into roles backed by the same credentialing standards and compliance infrastructure.
Employee-Centric, Always
Tryfacta was built on the idea that great healthcare starts with taking care of the people who deliver it. Our 15-day credentialing turnaround and proprietary talent platform mean less paperwork and faster placement, so you can focus on patients, not logistics. Our 24/7 staffing support means a real person is available whenever you need one — not just during business hours. And our zero malpractice claims track record reflects placements into facilities and teams that are set up for you to succeed, not just fill a shift. With a nationwide network spanning all 50 states, we help clinicians find the right fit — wherever that takes them.
