Daily 6am-6pm coverage with 1:3 weekend call schedule
Patient load of 2-6 encounters per shift with 1-3 admissions
Cardiovascular surgery support including OR first assist
Procedures include vein harvesting, central lines, chest tubes
20-minute call response time requirement
ACLS and BLS certification required
