• 7am - 7pm shift with 7 on, 7 off schedule
• Days 10 - 15 patients, swings 5 - 10 admits, nights 3 - 6 admits
• Open ICU with intensivist via tele available
• No procedures required -- codes handled by ER
• ACLS certification required
• 3 providers needed for coverage
• Early rounding for 11am discharges expected
