Description
- 24-hour shifts from 7 am - 7 am
- 12 - 24 babies per day
- Level III NICU
- Procedures: umbilical lines, intubation, PICC/Midline insertion
- Resuscitating infants 23 weeks gestation and older
- Coverage assignment
- Work independently with neonatologist on call
