- 7on 7off 7am-4pm
- 10-15 patients per day
- 70% OR responsibilities and 30% rounding
- Bedside procedures: lines, chest tube removal, pacing wires, IABPs
- Variable weekend coverage with flexible scheduling
- 24-hour beeper call coverage
