Work Experience

Physician Assistant (1 year)

Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm; weeknight beeper call 3 pm - 7 am
Weekend 24-hour onsite support with floor or OR call required
Rounds on approx. 20 - 26 adult and geriatric patients
Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular and cardiothoracic PA role
First assist in cardiothoracic and vascular procedures -- including emergencies
Endoscopic vein harvesting and vascular tissue retrieval required
Vacation coverage -- ongoing need one to two weeks per month
ACLS certification required
