- Mon - Thurs 8 am - 4:30 pm | Fri 8 am - 12 pm with admin time
- 20 - 25 patients per day -- adults only
- Outpatient neurology clinic setting
- Consults and established patients seen
- Botox for migraines and EMG/EEG reading if credentialed
- Hospital privileges required
