- Mon - Fri; Mon - Thurs 8 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 8 am - 12 pm
- 20 - 25 patients per day -- adults only
- Outpatient neurology clinic setting
- Consults and established patients
- Botox for migraines and EMG/EEG reading if credentialed
- Ongoing coverage potential
