Weekly Compensation: Up to $44/hr based on experience

Job Description:

Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Local Travel LPN for a 13-week contract at a respected assisted living facility in Austin, TX. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to elderly residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs, symptoms, and health status
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to residents and their families about health and wellness
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care when needed

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Texas
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in assisted living or long-term care settings
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in assisted living or similar facilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient needs
