Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PT) from an accredited institution or equivalent.

Certifications Requirements:

• Current BLS certification
• State licensure in Louisiana (or ability to obtain)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 0 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred, travel therapy experience a plus

Other Requirements:

• Must have outpatient clinical experience—travel experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and adaptability
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Flexibility to work days with a 40-hour workweek

• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about treatment goals and home programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.
