Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated and skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Live Oak, California. This opportunity offers guaranteed hours, a supportive work environment, and the chance to work in a peaceful, scenic region of Northern California.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments

• Help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapist license

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• BLS certification required

• Previous clinical experience preferred
