Contract: 42 Weeks (September 2, 2025 – June 16, 2026)
Compensation: Up to $62/hr (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing agency specializing in Healthcare and Educational Services, is currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract position near Federal Way, WA. Job Description

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and interventions

• Offer support and consultation to teachers and parents regarding student needs

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring

• Serve students across a range of elementary to high school grades based on caseload

• Deliver services in accordance with district policies and state/federal regulations

Education and Certification Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Current Washington state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

• Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification through OSPI or willingness to obtain

• School-based experience is a plus
