Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and motivated Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in Live Oak, California. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists with executing patient treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility

• Monitor patient progress and report findings

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

• Active California PTA license

• BLS certification

• Prior outpatient or travel experience preferred but not required
