- Valid PT License
Certifications Requirements
- License required as per state licensing board
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
Other Requirements
- Must have an active PT License
- No on-call or callback requirements
- Ability to work dayshift, 5 days a week, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
