Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate or Master's preferred) or equivalent
Certifications Requirements:
- Texas or compact PT license (active and in good standing)
- No references needed at submission
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of PT experience in a clinical setting
Other Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of PT experience (as specified)
- Ability to work a days shift (standard 5-8 hours schedule)
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work under supervision
- Soft skills: excellent communication, teamwork skills, and adaptability

Job Description
- Assist in treating patients through therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed physical therapists
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
