• Education Requirements: Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in California
• Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, California state licensure, Infection Control certification (preferred but not required)
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience, previous outpatient rehab experience preferred, experience working with diverse age groups
• Other Requirements: Ability to work Day shifts, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation, detail-oriented, and adaptable to facility protocols
