Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in California
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, California state licensure, Infection Control certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience, previous outpatient rehab experience preferred, experience working with diverse age groups
- Other Requirements: Ability to work Day shifts, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation, detail-oriented, and adaptable to facility protocols

- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, following doctor’s orders and treatment plans.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment strategies to promote recovery and independence.
