Education Requirements
- PTA License (Georgia license required)
Certifications Requirements
- Valid PTA license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Covid/Flu vaccination proof
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience in outpatient or clinic settings
Other Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work days, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Background check and drug screening as per facility policies

Job Description
- Provide skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) services in outpatient clinic settings
- Assist licensed therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and document care provided
