Education Requirements

• PTA License (Georgia license required)

Certifications Requirements

• Valid PTA license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Covid/Flu vaccination proof

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience in outpatient or clinic settings

Other Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work days, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Background check and drug screening as per facility policies

Job Description

• Provide skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) services in outpatient clinic settings
• Assist licensed therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and document care provided
