Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid Texas OT license or certification
• Certifications Requirements: TX OT certification, BLS certification, CPR certification
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience, previous experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday-Friday, reliable transportation for housing independently, strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective therapy programs.
