Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Dallas, OR
13-Week Contract | Up to $1,740 Weekly (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join one of our trusted healthcare partners in Dallas, Oregon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate, motivated PTA looking to make a difference while exploring one of Oregon’s most scenic and friendly small towns.
Job Description

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient-specific treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions under PT supervision.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with facility policies.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques for continued progress at home.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current Oregon PTA license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Prior clinical or travel experience in a hospital, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility preferred.
