Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an exciting 13-week contract opportunity in Fairfield, Illinois. Job Responsibilities

As a Travel PTA, you will:

• Provide high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to support patient recovery.

• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered service in a critical access setting.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Illinois (or compact if applicable).

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.

• Current BLS certification.

• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred; Critical Access experience is a bonus.

• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
