Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in OB, ER, or Med-Surg
• Critical access hospital experience a plus

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience floating across multiple units
• Familiarity with EMR systems used in critical access settings
• Comfortable working in small hospital environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in Kansas (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of overall RN experience in hospital settings
• Previous travel or float experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• No call or callback duties
• Willingness to float between ER, Med-Surg, and OB units
• Housing and orientation details provided; small hospital environment with minimal unit-specific staffing needs
