Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Rapid City, SD
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,550 DOE

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, daily living skills, and independence
  • Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Support patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Required Experience & Certifications

  • Active South Dakota Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate)
  • Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
  • At least 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
