Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Rapid City, SD
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,550 DOE

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. Job Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities and limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, daily living skills, and independence
Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and families
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Support patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Required Experience & Certifications

Active South Dakota Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate)
Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
At least 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
