Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy Administration or PharmD
• Certifications Requirements: Valid Pharmacist licensure in Nebraska, CPR certification, and immunization certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1.5 years of inpatient or acute care pharmacy experience
• Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-hour shifts, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and acute care pharmacy services to hospital patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement medication plans.
• Maintain accurate medication records and document patient interactions thoroughly.
• Execute medication dispensing and verification processes efficiently and safely.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to medical staff and patients as needed.
