• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
• Certifications Requirements: Active pharmacist license in Oregon; Basic Life Support (BLS); Pharmacy Compounding Certification (preferred)
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of clinical pharmacy experience; experience with chemotherapy drugs; familiarity with hospital pharmacy protocols
• Other Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail; flexibility to adapt to schedule changes
