We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care in a skilled nursing facility nestled in the heart of Montana’s scenic landscape. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Collaborate with a compassionate team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Enjoy a consistent day shift (8a - 4:30p), with flexible scheduling options, including occasional weekend work if desired.
- Quickly settle in with a brief orientation (preparing you for success from day one).
- Work primarily onsite with no call or floating responsibilities, providing a stable and predictable schedule.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of PT experience, preferably in an SNF setting.
- Valid Montana PT license.
- Proficiency in documentation using NetHealth or PointClickCare EMR systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with PDPM and Section GG.
- Familiarity with Montana’s healthcare landscape.
- Willingness to adapt and be flexible with schedule needs.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Prior experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
Other Requirements:
- Must hold an active NBCOT or MBOT license.
- Montana PT license is preferred.
- Housing support is available upon request—our team can assist in connecting you with local resources.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- This position offers a chance for potential overtime, should the opportunity arise during interviews.
