What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality speech therapy services to diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engage with patients to improve communication, swallowing, and related functions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols.

Required Skills:

• Montana Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) certification from ASHA.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Speech Therapist.

Other Requirements:

• Valid Montana license and CCC certification are mandatory.
• The facility promotes a flexible schedule; in and out times are adaptable, with details to be discussed during the interview.
• No on-call or callback requirements.
