What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Engage with patients to improve communication, swallowing, and related functions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols.
Required Skills:
- Montana Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) certification from ASHA.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings.
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a Speech Therapist.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Montana license and CCC certification are mandatory.
