Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS; PALS and TNCC are a plus.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with a preference for critical access experience.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to take ER patients, proficiency with CPSI EMR, flexible with block scheduling, strong communication skills, ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Med Surg and ER nursing care to patients in a small hospital setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Execute emergency interventions when necessary, including ER patient management and stabilization.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
